There were coffee and tea/coffee in the room, liked that. The large bathroom was a plus. Location: the hotel was next to super accessible restaurants. I ate at the traditional restaurant near the property.

The rooms are brand-new and well furnished with satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe. The atmosphere of the hotel is special.

The bathrooms are extremely small.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, especially with the sofa and the great assortment of coffees at breakfast.

I was read the hotel manual in english, and there are a lot of discrepancies in english and italian language, such as hotel will provide 24 hrs coffee but actually is not (italian language). Safety box - no manual to use it. Anyway, the staff still provide me the coffee since no kettle or coffee / tea provided inside the room. It should be provided since ppl who travel for bussiness trip sure to work until at night. Thx to the nice staff!

Location location location. Excellent position in the historical centre of town with cafes, shops, morning food market and all the sights of this wonderful city all within a minute or two on foot. Staff were great and spoke English which really helped us.they were also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value. Hotel was initially hard to find as our GPS tried to take us down streets we weren't allowed to enter. Recommend parking in the Piazza Roma and walling the 150 metres. You can also get a permit from the hotel that allows you to leave your car in the Piazza for free.

No tea our coffee making facilities in the rom but this is minor relative to the value and location of the hotel. Besides, the staff were good enough to provide a put of hot water whenever we needed it.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was perfect. Just walk outside the door and you are in the heart of the town. Just walk to all the major attractions and always somewhere to eat nearby and the most of the town is pedestrian only. Which is handy the way the Italians drive!

Location was great, just what we were looking for. Close to all the key city attractions. Had a nice spacious room. The staff was very friendly.

We had a very noisy stay. The walls were really thin and we could hear everything from both in and outside the hotel.

We recently spent Christmas at a hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the complimentary upgrade and free Wi-Fi. The location was perfect - we were able to easily explore the city's restaurants, shops and attractions.

The noise level was quite high due to the central location. The shower was also a bit small for our liking.

Good location: downtown and very quiet. Free parking on the nearby square.

The room is a bit small but OK for the low rate.
